Flu Prevention: Other thing must be done

Not enough vaccinated and cleaning your hand only to prevent from flu epidemic. There are other thing that must be done also.

Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth. Germs are often spread when a person touches something that is contaminated with germs and then touches his or her eyes, nose, or mouth.

The other thing that also must be done is Staying home when you are sick. If possible, stay home from work, school, and errands when you are sick. You will help prevent others from catching your illness.

But over all, one thing that really good to do is Good Healthy Habits. Remind all people around of you to practice healthy habits too. A group effort can go a long way to preventing an outbreak.
